Backstory[]
To keep the forces of light (good) and dark (evil) in check Eclipse Sans was made to exterminate some of each force. He will have to end up killing some of each side. He makes friends with a lot of people from the good side as they act similar to him. He used to come from an AU called Eclipsetale. He still was doing his job but all his friends assisted him. Humans and Monsters lived in peace and harmony and everything was perfect. Until a human who wasn't good or evil but pure hate (the Frisk of his AU) started disturbing the peace and killed everyone Eclipse Sans ever cared about. He managed to kill and ultimately destroy the human but the damage done to the AU was beyond repair. As the Asgore of his AU was still alive they made an agreement that his Asgore would stay behind and try to keep the peace of what is left of their AU and try to get the AU back into a decent state, while Eclipse Sans would continue the job of keeping the forces of light and dark in check. They parted ways and never saw each other again. Right as Eclipse Sans was about to leave his AU two mysterious little orbs floated over to him. One was a bright yellow color and the other was a dark purple. Eclipse Sans felt the warmth and the chill of each orb and realized what they were. They were the incarnations of his dead friends. All of their positive, joyful emotions, and personalities inside the yellow orb. And all of the negative, angry emotions, and personalities in the purple orb. But both orbs had the same goal. To help Eclipse Sans. Eclipse Sans took off on his journey with his friends by his side.
Appearance[]
He wears an light yellow apron that reaches his lap. It has a black circle that has an orange outline. The circle represents a solar eclipse. The apron also has an orange outline. He wears a long sleeved loose white shirt under it. He wears black sweatpants and blue boots. He also wears his Papyrus's yellow scarf. His left eye is yellow and his right eye is purple.

Eclipse Papyrus (Deceased)[]
Eclipse Papyrus was Sans's younger brother. They spent a lot of time together and they were each others most important thing in their lives. When their Frisk commited genocide Eclipse Papyrus was killed. His spirit helped shape the yellow orb Hikari (The name Eclipse Sans gave the orb).
Eclipse Undyne (Deceased)[]
Eclipse Undyne was one of Eclipse Sans's friends. When their Frisk commited genocide Eclipse Undyne was killed. Half of her spirit helped shape the yellow orb Hikari (The name Eclipse Sans gave the orb) and the other half helped shape the purple orb Yami (The name Eclipse Sans gave the orb).
Eclipse Chara (Deceased)[]
Eclipse Chara was one of Eclipse Sans's friends. When their Frisk commited genocide Eclipse Chara was killed. Half of their spirit helped shape the yellow orb Hikari (The name Eclipse Sans gave the orb) and the other half helped shape the purple orb Yami (The name Eclipse Sans gave the orb). They were like an nephew/niece to Eclipse Sans.
Eclipse Alphys (Deceased)[]
Eclipse Alphys was one of Eclipse Sans's friends. When their Frisk commited genocide Eclipse Alphys was killed after they built a mech suit as a last stand. Her spirit helped shape the yellow orb Hikari (The name Eclipse Sans gave the orb). She was a close friend of Eclipse Sans and they were the one who helped Eclipse Sans name Hikari and Yami (The spirits talk to Eclipse Sans telepathically).
Eclipse Gaster (Deceased)[]
Eclipse Gaster was Eclipse Sans's father. He had the standard father son bond with Eclipse Sans. After his Papyrus's death he sought to destroy his Frisk. This ultimately lead to his death as he couldn't avenge his fallen son and friends. Half of his spirit helped shape the yellow orb Hikari (The name Eclipse Sans gave to the orb) and the other half helped shape the purple orb Yami (The name Eclipse Sans gave to the orb).
Eclipse Toriel[]
Eclipse Toriel was Eclipse Sans best friend. They didn't die as they never left their Asgore in this AU. They told jokes and puns to each other very often.
Eclipse Asriel[]
Eclipse Asriel was one of Eclipse Sans's friends. They were like an nephew to Eclipse Sans. They also didn't die because in this AU they lived happily on the surface with their parents. Eclipse Chara died because they wanted Frisk dead and went after them.
Dream Sans[]
They get along very well because of their similar personalities. They also have similar weapons because Eclipse Sans's Sword of Hikari and Dream's arrows are both super effective against negativity and darkness. If they both fought Nightmare Sans at the same time they could most likely win.
Personality[]
He acts similar to Ink and Dream Sans. He is usually laid back and doesn't fight for good nor evil. It is solely his purpose to keep both forces even and balanced. Now you are probably wondering (If you read his backstory. If not I recommend you do) Why did he stop his Frisk if he isn't bad or good? Well the people of his AU were a heavy part of balance to good and evil. He had to stop them before he was the only one who could balance light and dark. He can be really tense at times if you get on a touchy subject.
Hikari and Yami[]
Hikari and Yami is a yellow orb and purple orb that follow and help Eclipse Sans. Hikari being the yellow one and Yami being the purple one. The spirits of his dead friends merged to create the two orbs. The Yellow is the embodiment of Eclipse Papyrus, Eclipse Alphys, Half of Eclipse Gaster, Half of Eclipse Undyne, and Half of Eclipse Chara. Yami is the embodiment of Half of Eclipse Gaster, Half of Eclipse Undyne, and Half of Eclipse Chara. Hikari is their positive attitudes bottled into one orb while their negative attitudes are bottled up into the other. They can transform into weapons such as The Sword of Hikari and The Scythe of Yami. They can also turn into Eclipse Gauntlets.
Light Attacks[]
The Sword of Hikari[]
The sword of Hikari is one of the transformations of the yellow orb Hikari. It transforms into a big sword that is about 4,3. The catch is it is made out of light and good feelings. This makes Eclipse's job a lot easier as it deals critical hits on evil and dark foes. It is useless against people like Dream Sans and/or others fighting for good. This would be extremely useful against people like Nightmare Sans.
