He has Sans's eyes and Papyrus skull (but Gaster's teeth are part of his skull). He wears a white button up coat with a grey sweater underneath. He also wears black jeans and brown boots. He also wears goggles like Sans's and has one mild crack on each eye. He also has a wooden cane with the handle being gold and shaped like the top of a bone.
He is formal and slightly strict but can be a softy if you get on his good side. He swears a lot and gets frustrated very easily at people like Lady Otaku, though most of the time he pretty chill....... Minus the swearing. If Frisk kills Sans or Papyrus in a neutral route he will not call you throughout Fogsteam City and will be cold and ominous when talking to you for brief moments.
Twisted Storyline! Frisk (Depends)
In the pacifist run Gaster and Alphys will help Frisk through Fogsteam City. Though this is just part of a bigger plan he has in store for Frisk.
After deciding he had to take action to stop the genocidal Frisk he conducted even more grueling experiments on him driving him insane. Some of his limbs got burnt in some of the experiments to the point where they were replaced by robot parts. He always laughs uncontrollably. And always has Bad Time Mode (Purple eye/karma) activated. He doesn't wear a shirt due to, too many robot parts. He also wears a robot suit to top it off to make him less vulnerable. He tries to kill Frisk on multiple occasions.

Purple attacks are attacks that deal twice as much damage as a normal attack would. The magic consumption from purple attacks is hard to handle, so only 50 of them can be summoned per battle. If any more than 50 purple attacks are used in a battle, Gaster would collapse and dust.
This is why neither Sans or Papyrus have learned how to summon them. Gaster has only been able to summon purple bones, as Gaster blasters once caused Gaster to grow very ill. He keeps trying to train and master the ability, even if it means conducting experiments on himself.
